The Amish Farm and House, established in 1955, is the first Amish-focused tourist attraction in the U.S. and the original attraction in Lancaster County. Our nearly 300-year-old farm, once owned by an Amish family, offers an authentic and educational experience where visitors can learn about the Amish way of life, both historically and in modern times.

90% of our expert tour guides are native to Lancaster County, bringing a deep knowledge of the area and its traditions. The tours are unscripted, providing a conversational and personalized experience where you can ask questions and engage with our knowledgeable staff.
