Lancaster County is the perfect place for your next vacation. There’s something for every generation to enjoy, regardless of your interests. Here are our top 5 reasons why you should add Lancaster County to your “must-see” list.

The Views: Between farmlands, hiking trails, and 29 historic covered bridges, the views in Lancaster County are unforgettable. Fun For the Entire Family: Our museum is fun for the entire family! For families with younger children we recommend our Farm Animal Fun Tour, where you can learn about each individual animal on the farm and even feed them. For families with older children, the 1805 Historic House Tour and Countryside Bus Tour.  Other family friendly activities include: Dutch Wonderland Amusement Park, Sturgis Pretzel Factory, and Strasburg Railroad. 

 

The Arts and Culture: Downtown Lancaster has a vibrant, must-see arts scene. The Fulton Theater is the oldest operating theater in the country and puts on various shows throughout the year. Additionally, there are many art galleries to explore in Lancaster such as, Lancaster Museum of Art and Gallery Row.
